On November 10, the case study titled "Clouds Seek Garments, Flowers Seek Beauty: FIOCCO Group Builds a Fashion Innovation Ecosystem" (Case ID: EPSM-0796), co-authored by FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley and Ningbo University (authors: Zeng Shouzhen, Xu Hao, Wu Jiaxia, Shi Mei, Shi Yun, Zhang Shuai), successfully passed multiple rounds of expert review and was included in China's most authoritative enterprise management case library—the China Management Case Sharing Center (CMCC). It will subsequently be shared and used among MBA programs nationwide.

The China Management Case Sharing Center (CMCC) is a service-oriented and non-profit cooperative institution established under the support of the National MBA Education Supervisory Committee. It is dedicated to promoting and improving the level of management case teaching and research in China, enabling the sharing of case resources, faculty resources, academic achievements, and international cooperation resources among MBA programs, and holds significant influence in MBA education nationwide.

This case study reviews how FIOCCO Group, starting from macro policies and industry development trends and leveraging its three decades of deep expertise and resources in the field, established Yesgo Valley. Its primary purpose is not only to address the Group's own transformation and upgrading but also to build a fashion innovation ecosystem that drives successful industrial transformation and upgrading. Yesgo Valley has consistently adhered to the philosophy of "Professionalism, Sharing, Empowerment, and Win-Win Cooperation," utilizing "Internet+" and digital-intelligent empowerment to gradually develop into a professional innovation service complex for the textile and apparel industry. It achieves seamless upstream and downstream integration, creating a full ecological chain for the textile and apparel industry.

Case studies are vital educational, teaching, and textbook resources. Deepening case research, telling China's stories well, and implementing case teaching are important pathways to enhance students' practical abilities, advance teaching reform, and promote the organic integration of teaching and practice. The successful inclusion of this case will help encourage more teachers and students to participate in developing high-quality, original, practical teaching cases that reflect the characteristics of local management practices. This will further promote case teaching, innovate the talent cultivation model for professional master's degrees, and improve the quality of cultivating interdisciplinary talents.
